I would post a "minus" stars review if that were possible. They charged me over $8,000 to extract 3 teeth, my insurance paid over $4,000 and I paid $2,740 and then they tried to bill me for another $1,196.70. I'll send anyone a copy of this rip-off who wants one. Never ever go to this so called "periondontist" Bud Kopp
Worst dentist office ever. Most unscrupulous dentist award. Throws in optional $550 procedure she knows is not covered by insurance, lies to your face about it and tells you your insurance only covers part of the work when in fact your insurance covers 100% of required procedures and 0% of optional procedure, gives you a knowingly false low estimate and charges you $365 as your contribution and then bills you the rest ($185) for when insurance doesn't pay the rest of her optional procedure.
Dr. Song charged me $700 dollars for a 10 minute consult. Her bedside manner is awful. She fails to make eye contact and properly explain the treatment proposed. The treatment estimate was twice what her neighboring professional charged to do fabulous work.
