Great service and care for years! However around the first of the year something changed with our insurance. I realized this by coincidence on another matter. Called the office before 3 cleaning appointments and voiced my concerns asked if they were sure our insurance was still covered with them. I was assured everything was the same and no need to reschedule. Complete the appointment and a couple months later receive a bill for over $500. Excellent customer service and amazing staff!
Excellent service. Dr Lindsey and his assistant Ja Ja is the BEST. For someone that does not like the dentist they made me feel very comfortable and I have been very pleased with my service. The front office staff is always very welcoming and friendly (Cheryl).
I have been a patient with this practice for 40 plus years. I was so excited when Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Crawford joined the practice. I have always been so pleased with them and the entire practice. They genuinely care about their patients.
