ALL of the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always ready and willing to teach. Location is great and parking is easy . A lot of care and thought for patient and staff safety has always been a priority - it shows now during Covid-19.
I love this office! Everyone is kind, courteous, and helpful! When I cracked a tooth, they were able to get me in the same day!
The service at Dr. Yung & Jelinek is unmatched to any other dentist. They have always made my visit easy and made me feel like family. Their over-communication about scheduling was perfect for me especially with me away at college. Top notch service! I have had multiple bad experiences with dentists and was extremely hesitant to try again but these people were very kind, gentle and professional from the person answering the phone to the hygienist to the dentist. Would highly recommend Drs Yung & Jelinek, especially if the thought of going to the dentist makes you nervous. They are wonderful!

It’s a great experience they can always get me in on a short notice and I always recommend them
I've been Dr Jelinek's patient for 16 years, and even after moving to Winchester 3 months ago, I will never switch dentists. The office staff is very nice (all of them) and I never have to wait long, they usually run right on time. Dr Jelinek is an excellent dentist and never tries to "upsell" anything I don't need, I trust him and he's taken very good care of me over the years.
Always a comfortable experience.
