I had an excellent experience with Dr Yong today. The whole team is very kind and patient, professional and courteous and it was a quick appointment.
Dr Jantzi is amazing. She’s more of an eye Doctor than an Optometrist. She made a spot-on diagnosis and referred me to a specialist. She also had the patience to wait for my return visit before giving a prescription. Very professional. It doesn’t make sense to go anywhere else.
I really enjoy being seen at this practice. All the staff are kind and the care you get is excellent. I also like that they stock frames in a wide range of prices and provide lots of support getting glasses to fit well which is really nice. I have also found them to be just all round helpful and kind people. They helped my partner who was not even their patient when he has an issue with his glasses and his own optometrist was on vacation.
