Honest, professional, and truly kind. I came in just hoping to get my pupillary distance (PD) measured, after another major vision chain refused to provide it unless I purchased glasses from them. This place is a scam and a disgrace to the healthcare profession. Months ago, I went to Capital Vision Center for a basic eye exam, expecting to use my insurance benefits responsibly. I made it crystal clear I was struggling financially and only there for the exam—nothing more. The assistant, Debby, was kind and assured me that my insurance only required $10 copay. I see Dr. Smith. She is amazing! She remembers everything about your case even though she sees you once a year! She is very thorough. I have never had a better ophthalmologist. The staff are also very nice and helpful. My husband sees Dr. Saracino and he really likes him as well! If you're looking for an ophthalmologist, give them a call! You won't be disappointed!
