I have been with Dr. Zimnoch for years! The customer service is the best and he researches breaking medical improvements and recommends changes/updates to my care. When reached by phone or through the portal, he responds within 24 hours (usually same day). Great doctor!
Great service!
The front desk broke federal law by refusing care unless I provided demographic information. They told me o was being “hostile” in saying “decline to answer”. This is directly against title vi. They also made racist comments about “health being tied to race”. I would not recommend anyone, especially people of color, seek care from this office.
