When I started going to this practice over 25 years ago it was Dr's. MAY & HETTLER it was pleasant then with the Dr's and staff. Since Clarkson has taken over the practice and getting rid of the other staff except Dr Mazeas things have changed. I have no issues with Dr. Mazeas, she is kind and pleasant. I had an unpleasant experience with Franscisco at the front desk. I was upset about my new glasses and Franscico got an attitude with me and was very rude! Horrible service..take your money then have an issue with insurance, no phone call or voicemail. If I could give a negative I would!!!! Almost 2 months for glasses,my prescription will already change by the time I get the glasses I already paid for...worst small,local business experience ever!!!!
The eye doctor here is very professional and takes the time to answer all of our questions. The rest of the staff is friendly and professional. I have zero complaints. They have a good variety of glasses to choose from.
I had an easy and seamless experience at this office. The staff was welcoming, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my eye health and prescription. What really stood out was their ability to adjust my glasses on the spot, saving me time and hassle. Overall, a smooth and professional visit—I highly recommend!
