my brother has an appointment and got reschedule the agent who we spoke to is very rude ! I think almost every pair of glasses I've owned has come from this office going forward they will have none of mine or my family's business. I made an appointment back in October to be called 2 days before my appointment that it hadn't been a year since my previous eye exam which they failed to notice the second insurance that would have taken care of the exam and made no offer to reschedule. Eye exam was smooth and easy. All the doctors there were helpful with everything. Reyna helped me so much with all the options for my new glasses, can’t wait to wear my 2 new pairs of glasses.
