The office opened exactly at 10am, which was my appointment time. My temp was checked and cleared. Then, I only waited about 5mins before being called to have the Optamap test. Which was quick and then the Dr explained what she saw. It was clear and understandable. I recommend the test over diluted eyes any day!
I have never had an eye doctor take the time to explain my eye condition like Dr Fitzpatrick did. He took the time to explain the condition and next steps. He was friendly and very patient with me. The staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend pearl vision to anyone needing eye assistance.
Refuse to return calls and place you on a long hold for contacts status.I do not recommend this location at all.
Called me last week after my insurance approved my contacts fitting .Scheduled me for today Oct 6 two pm I get a call short while ago saying my appointment is cancelled the specialist for contacts fitting is not in today.Not a problem with me ill easily take my business elsewhere and explain to my insurance the bland voice mail just saying don't come in .They did not offer any follow up date or offer any other date and I didn't bother calling them back.Avoid this place two different doctors two different receptionist and the... read more
Terrible,here I am trying to go somewhere close to home. Dr Yen Chu Chen was horrible ,machine malfunction incompetent Dr. Paid for additional retina test they never went over with me.
