I’m very grateful for Dr. Mark C. Rafferty’s expertise. My child had been struggling with uncomfortable contact lenses for a year. Our previous doctor tried three different pairs without success and eventually suggested my child was simply 'too sensitive' or had 'dry eyes.' Based on a friend’s referral, we saw Dr. Rafferty, and he managed to identify and fix the issue in just two minutes. It’s a huge relief to finally have this resolved.
Everybody there is pretty nice, but I’ve gotten multiple very bad prescriptions from there.
I stopped in Eye Encounters for help with a contact lens emergency while traveling. The women at the front desk, as well as Dr. Rafferty, were all very friendly and helpful. They solved my problem and had me on my way quickly. Thank you!
