I saw Dr Rath and her hygienist. Getting my teeth cleaned was a downright painful experience. I love getting my teeth cleaned and never usually have any issues but this lady was very heavy handed to the point where my teeth still ache 8 hours later. A little on the expensive side in my opinion but we don't mind. The receptionist was not very nice and was annoyed that she couldn't seem to understand the military id IS our insurance card. All around not impressed and won't be going back
I never made it to the Dr.. As I was working with one of the receptionist (very helpful) a bitter older woman decided she had to be a part of our conversation and disrupted the whole process. When I told her that she was rude, she squinted over her glasses and stated I have been here for 23 years, not exactly sure what her point was, However, maybe it is time to hit the pasture. Her inability to listen created a problem where one did not exist. She is a very nasty person and needs training
While working with on receptionist, another older woman decided she needed to control all things and with limited information and the lack of ability to listen completely ruined the entire process. Very rude behavior. I would not send any of my personal friends to this office. When I asked the older woman to stay out of it, she stated " I have been here for 23 years ". Not sure what her point was. Maybe it is time to head for the pasture. It is true what they say.......You can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Dr. Kluener is a very nice and gentle doctor. He fixed my tooth without any pain at all.
