I recently visited Dr.Kendall Clinic for an eye check-up, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. The optometrist was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the examination. The clinic was well-equipped, and I appreciated the cleanliness and modern technology used during the check-up. Dr Wilson gave me my eye test and I thought he was great until I purchased my glasses and I once again cannot see out of my right eye. When I called, hoping not to take the retest the receptionist, the older of the 2, was ignorant and not educated enough to answer the questions that I had, instead she laughed! Huh, duh! Ignorant! If you don't know the answer, don't show your ignorance when you are representing someone else. You are ruining their reputation and I have no problem with Dr Wilson.. Never had a negative issue in approximately 30 years. Been going to this absolute G since their original location. When I was young enough to still be afraid of school teachers, I enjoyed getting my eyes checked here lol. Going to be dropping off a box of Nutana Bakery donuts when I pick up my sweet new frames next door. 2 pairs...for a slamming price of...180$. It's a sale but I still can't believe it's really that good here.
