Lower right Wisdom tooth removed, a very difficult one that when the right lower one was removed 60 years ago it caused a nerve loss, so the left one was allowed to remain buried all these years, now it was starting to come through the gum and dentists feel it is a hazard to leave them that way. So I wanted to go to one of the best dental surgeons, and I was not disappointed. It went well, as I was able to navigate almost right away even though I had anesthesia. I would highly recommend him to others.
Spent an hour and a half there to see the Dr. for about 5 minutes. He was rude and totally uncaring. His staff wasn't very nice either. I can be treated poorly for free plenty of places - I don't need to go there and pay for it. I was shocked how mean the Dr. was after other people had told me what a good Dr. he was. I will never go there again - no matter what!
Dr. Howerton and his entire staff made me feel like their only concern was my comfort and well being. I had a broken tooth and they made time for me in the midst of their busy day, the work they did was not only totally painless but done by pleasant and cheerful people who put me totally at ease. Every step they took was explained before they did it. The facility was neat and clean, the receptionist was cheerful and pleasant and the cost of the visit was very reasonable and discussed before they started the work. No Surprise... read more
