Alex is great to work with. Have my furnace and air with DRS. Work great installers are OK, maybe the only downside. Could be better, but professional in every way. Been up and running with no problems for more than 5 years.... I just called them today about a project, I'd call them again if I want to go with them. Prices are competitive.
Horrible, horrible, horrible company!! Do not use this company for any service at all I wouldn’t even allow them to check my mail!! The worst experience with any company I’ve ever dealt with! If you like to waste your hard earned money then go right ahead and this regard this review. I had them install a brand new central air unit with electric and the very next summer there was a problem with it. They came out and said there was a coolant leak and they repaired it. He's allowed his opinion but that's all it is. We have pictures and ***************** the way we said it. He just doesn't want the responsibility of him not making sure the ac was cleared away before turning it on. The ac was packed solid of dirt and debris. We or him can't make that up. Sorry. We won't keep working for free due to his neglecting of ac maintenance. We cleared it away the year before for free. It ran fine until the next year we're he did it again...
Easy company to deal with. Went the extra mile. Was in the middle of the night and showed up within 30 minutes. Cant thank them enough

Save your money and find someone else IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have had several service people come visit and they come and leave the place the way the found it. This operation not only dragged my old furnace over my carpet and left stains, bolts nuts and screws were left in my driveway. They left crap everywhere. Now we could have called but we just picked up after them and moved on. But 15 months later we have water coming out of the furnace and believe it is an installation issue. There was never a complaint from the install. Now 16 months later there is one due to fact she saw water under the furnace. Owner was asked if filter was changed which can cause this. She could not answer when. So we said 95 service call it will be waived if it is due to install. She refused. Said we should come check for free. Otherwise she would do this. This is blackmail, fraud, and slander. She had 365 days of warranty. Not 500. So now she had 5 days to remove this or be sued for slander. She is going against the contrac... read more
