Dr Sims is personable, kind and excellent at her job.
Dr. Annette Chang Sims...the best eye dr. I've been to since moving to Roseburg, Oregon. I drive one hour north for her expert guidance. She's awesome, and her staff is tops!!!
A fabulous staff and great work. DR Hoffman has done a corneal transplant in each eye. My son has disabilities and is taken care of ou son with great care and patience. Thank you all so much for being there to answer any questions I have at a moments notice. Any emergency they are on it. Christopher can now see better with pin hole test than I can With no glasses on and I am far sighted!
