Dr. Rodriguez is great, but the wait time was a bit excessive.
WOW! I had such a bad day trying to find an optician. I made 5 stops at two mega stores private offices and was told no appointment for up to 30 days! Disapointed - - I asked Google and this office was suggested for a same day appointment. WOW. Dr Alexi Rodriguez was available in 30 minutes! Doctor R was great. I just needed a glasses RX because that was what my eye doctor told me - - but he took the time and care to walk me through what was my problems and concerns. Then offered real answers that worked. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided thorough, easy-to-understand explanations. The office was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to offer a larger selection of eyeglass frames. Other than that, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this office to others.
