i love everything about this place! from that friendly staff that greets you when you check in to the doctor himself! I had forgotten the doctors note I needed for that day, when I called and told the receptionist Summer, she made sure it was written and ready when I came back to get it.
UPDATE TO PREVIOUS POST: The Dr. and Supervisor took care of my problem, TODAY!.. when they were closed. They went into the office and emailed me what I needed. They did an excellent job proving their excellent customer service! Thank you!....I drove 45 mins to get there to get my daughters prescription. The website, and Facebook, said they were open. I had an appointment through sightbox with this office with dr. Shetzline, let me tell you this office is amazing! The staff was SO beyond friendly I couldn't believe it! Dr. Shetzline was amazing himself as well! Very upbeat and made my visit extremely comfortable. It was a busy office however it's back to school season, and I only waited for about 7 minutes before going back! Kudos to the staff!
Dr Levy is the most thorough, kind, compassionate eye Dr ever. He knows how to put you @ease, and he prepares you every step of the way. He is super great with my mom and husband also. His office staff is attentive and kind.
