Good experience. My hygiene program improved by your staffs recommendation to us a sonic tooth brush. Very professional and yet personal. There was a disconnect although, on your crown replacement recommendation. The doctor did not realize I went with a gold crown replacement last year because your homemade one failed in 3 years. They scheduled me for a whole procedure for 2 hours which when I checked out paying the bill I found out it was going to be the entire procedure of removal of the old one and building and installing... read more

A very caring and friendly place. They offer me water when I arrive as they know I have a very dry mouth from the medications I take, They smile and greet me by name. They often ask how I am doing and is there anything they could get for me to make me comfortable? The Heimers and their assistants go above and beyond to make sure I have a pleasant experience and am a satisfied customer. They offer opportunities to give them feedback. Thank you!
