Staff is pleasant and professional
I LOVE coming to the dentist but I have been coming to the same place for over 30 years and........ I still get called by the wrong name. Please learn to check a patient's file before getting them from the waiting room.... Please...

I have never been to another Dental office and am always happy with my experience.
I took t he day off to get my teeth cleaned and was there for 1 hours 20 minutes and the hygienist only cleaned my bottom teeth, then told me she did not have enough time scheduled, This was a very big disappointment to me, as I had to request the day off, and I paid for an entire cleaning and now I cannot get the day off to come back. NOT HAPPY

Jessica provides excellent care during examinations. In fact, she told me that your dental office will, professionally, clean my retainers and I will not have to go back to Mason City, to my orthodontist, to have this done. How great is that?!?
