I think the woman in the business office could be friendlier, and explain insurance procedures better. She gave me misinformation and I brought my policy insurance to show her and her comment "that doesn't mean they will cover all of it." I think it's out of line to request a patient bring hundreds of dollars to the next visit upfront before insurance pays. I have insurance, I'm not rich. Don't make a trip to the dentist a financial hurdle.
Jessie was extremely professional and treated me in a very tender fashion. I would like all of my future appointments with Jessie.
In the past, the fluoride treatment has been described as recommended but not covered by insurance. On the last visit, the hygienist proceeded as if the fluoride treatment was part of the normal cleaning and check up, with no opportunity to discuss if this is something I wished to have done. I was planning to get it done at this visit, but I don't like this. It feels like a salesperson instead of a healthcare provider. It makes me question other recommendations. If that is a policy change, then I would like to know. Thanks.
My hygienist Jesse is always so pleasant and explains things very well, tells me areas I should work on. Always a good experience.
Dr. Hyland was my attending dentist, and she was very helpful, and comforting in my time at the office.
Dr. Green and Dental Hygienist Ehmke were both professional and pleasant. My recommendation for both is do not change a thing. Keep up what you do so well
staff is always so friendly
All staff were friendly n courteous except the payment lady, I'm not sure if my ethnicity affected her assumption that I didn't want to pay my bills. I always use this dental clinic for my kids dental needs but with a different insurance company but now I am using my employer plan and didn't know that they send me the check to come pay for the bill as my insurance before will pay their part and send me a refund check later. Dr. Greene's assistant, Colleen, was wonderful! She made sure I was comfortable and explained things to me. She seemed very knowledgeable. And Dr. Greene did the crown perfectly, as always!
