Reception Issues here. It never used to be this way. Multiple Issues. I was initially greeted by reception. Started taking my insurance and info. Then a past customer came back to check insurance. Reception disregarded me.. started helping another while having all my documents. Mentioned a sorry 3 or 4 mins later. Shouldn't reception understand how lines and order work? I am very dissatisfied with the treatment my mum received in this Clinic. We ( me and my mum) visited DR Sania Pyarali more than a month ago , she prescribed lenses for my mother after eye examination . We ordered a pair of glasses with the prescription from LensCrafter s. When my mum got the glasses , she tried them on and she could not see anything. We got a new appointment from the same doctor, Ms Sanya .
