I think overall Treylon had a good visit. Your Staff was very helpful, gave referral & card for him to see an orthodontist. Treylon needs alot of dental services, oral surgery, and then to go back into braces, all of this was explained in detail, which was very much appreciated.
As for myself and a lot of people I hate going to the dentist! BUT I needed to go bad! I had put it off for three years every time I woulda brush my teeth my gums would bleed.... I went in real nervous but I came out fat and happy! They were so nice and patient, also they made me feel like I have pretty teeth again and after going my gums do not bleed anymore nor do my teeth hurt! They did a wonderful job and everyone is always so helpful and happy!
Courtlyn is an 8yr old sweetie pie, who had a fear of the dentist. Your staff was very aware of this, DID not try to force her to be seen but rather, referred her to a Pediatric dental office-Rockwall Pediatric. Courtlyn has now had extensive dental work, and due to the great work of Dr. Morgan @Rockwall Pediatric Dental & your office Courtlyn no longer has no fear of going to the dentist.
Excellent service through every process. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Dr. Dyer performed miracles with adult ortho. Wish I could post a before and after pic....Amazing!!! I now have more confidence than ever before. No more covering my mouth when I smile or laugh. Get compliments on my smile all the time. Thank you Dr. Dyer and staff. Long time patient.
My family has been going here for years. By far, the friendliest staff and best dentists I have ever been to. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
