I understand there is a certain amount of double booking this office, and this was going to be a long appt. But getting the reading material on the invsialign should have been done first to have the patient generate appropriate questions while the doctor handling other patients. I got my questions answers during the appt and an appropriate amount of guidance was available for handling and care of the trays. So far no issues with handling and using the trays. Coming to the dentist is never one of the highlights of my day. BUT your office is always, professional, courteous, friendly & punctual, which makes the visit all worth it, and almost pain free!.
The staff that I have encountered have all been warm and professional. The decor is nice too.
Paula is the best thing about coming to your office. I drive 45 minutes just for her! She is talented, sweet, and kind. She is like a member of my family. We all adore her and she makes going to the dentist enjoyable. She is an incredible person .

I am so appreciative to have Paula as my hygienist. She makes me feel so comfortable and we always talk about my family and hers which I admire about her. Her work is great. Even when she should be saying "you need to brush and floss better", instead, she tells you that you are doing a good job but concentrate a little bit more on certain areas.
