One of the best dentist I have visited in my life. It was my first visit so I wasn't sure what to expect. The check-in staff was great. The dental assistant wonderful with the x-rays she took and finally it was amazing to meet Dr Schmidt. He was very friendly and welcome me to the clinic. He took his time to explain the procedures he was doing and options I had for future work. He didn't try to force me to get services I didn't need. I felt judged and unwelcome. Being a mother to an SN kid is not easy, and hearing from your dentist saying that they're kicking you out cause you're a bad mother and that you should get counselling is a bit much to tolerate on any given Tuesday. But I can tell you this: in a year and a half that we were patients, NOT ONCE did Dr Schmidt sit down with me and shown me my daughter's x-rays and explain what I was seeing. To assume a patient(my wife) is a heavy drug user and stating that to the patient, you've already passed judgement without anything but a glance. hyperemesis gravidarum is known to cause dental issues if the condition is serious enough. The lady that examined my wife made her feel uncomfortable and even cry at the acusation. She said something along the lines of people that have your kind of tooth decay ARE drug users. My wife explained to her that she was really sick during her two pregnancies and threw up a lot which meant... read more
