I was very pleased with the care I received by the staff and Dr. Kuzmik. Dr. Kuzmik phoned early evening to see if I was doing okay or having any problems after the procedure. I appreciated the call.
I have had three teeth extracted by Dr. Delgado over the past several years. He is extremely competent and professional. The staff does everything possible to make you comfortable. Parking is easy as they have reserved spots right by the entrance.
Very accommodating, efficient and low key operation was my initial impression following an emergency visit
My only concern is in a total understanding of what will happen and why in a pre-briefing and information as the procedure occurs. For example, there was something said about a bone graft material or something---what is that and what does it do. I don't need to be trained in how to do it but an understanding of what is going on helps understand where we are going with something I've never done before.
