I have been a patient at Covina Hills Dental for over 20 years. The office staff is friendly and professional. Most of them have been there for years which tells you something about the company. It always amazes me how they numb my mouth without me feeling anything. The dentists are awesome and very professional. They also guarantee there work! I highly recommend this company.
Over the Labor Day weekend I experienced an unusual dental condition. I called Covina Hills Dental Tuesday morning and was able to be seen by Dr. Crawford early the following afternoon. Upon his examination I was fortunate to be declared "all clear". The 24 hour+ turn around was both impressive and comforting, as was the intregrity of Dr. Crawford. I could have been told that work needed to be done, but that did not happen. The display of his intregrity was very refreshing in today's culture.
Dr. Bill, Stephanie and the office staff are always so kind, patient and informative. They make a not typically an enjoyable dental visit into a great experience.
