Dr. Carroll and his staff are wonderful people. Always courteous, friendly, and work hard at trying to make you feel comfortable. I really love Dr. Carroll's wonderful smile and friendly personality.
Our family loves Dr.Carroll and Dr. Casteen. The office staff and dental assistants are wonderful... great dental care and a warm caring environment!
Went in for my cleaning after missing my last one. It was like I had never skipped a beat or a cleaning. Staff is always amazing and very sweet. Dr. Casteen was out of the office but Dr.Alperin did my exam, I'm usually hesitant to see other Drs that I haven't seen, but it was like I had seen her before! Another great appointment after years of dreading the dentist and I finally found the one!!
I see Brittany and she is amazing! Best dentist I've ever had.
I have taken my 3 daughtes and myself to this office for 18 years. I was late one time because traffic was so bad. As soon as we got to the office I was told that they cancelled my daughters appointment and charged me $50. In 18 years I was late one time. I immediately changed dentist that afternoon. Customer Service used to mean something. Not at this dentist office. They lost 5 patients that afternoon.
