I was able to get a appointment with Dr. Shapiro easily. The office was clean and well maintained. The receptionist was helpful and kind. The wait time was short. Dr. Shapiro was very professional and listened to me. He was able to assist me with my situation. It’s best to make appointments in advance, when and if possible. Getting an appointment for a short time frame is not always easy. The office has limited hours. There is parking available.
This review is for the receptionist. Please find someone that can do their job. Traveled 1 hour to my appointment only to find out they cant find me in the system🤦 it was never saved.
Not being a native Philadelphian you can only imagine my search for a Dental practice when I moved here from NY for me and my family . Going to the Dentist comes with its own level of anxiety . The search did not take long when when I was recommended to Dr Brian and over 10 yrs later my dentist is still providing the same professionalism , care , technology and most important during these times Top Notch Safety!!
Dr. Allen is THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I am afraid of dentists and he is the most professional, caring and understanding dentist I have EVER been too. Every single appointment is on time. There is no waiting in the waiting room. I even had an issue and wasn't sure if it was my root canal tooth or another and went to endodontist thinking it was the root canal tooth and yet Dr. Shapiro called me every day for a week to make sure I was ok and feeling better even though I did not even go to see him for my issue.
