I recently visited the office and had the worst experience ever with Dr.Ramesh. He was rude and all he wanted to do was give me medication. I complained to his office manager, who was very nice and knowledgeable. She listened to what I had to say, although she couldn't help me as my complaint was about the owner of the practice, she apologized. Is there no option for zero stars? I arrived late because I had trouble locating the office even using my GPS. I called the office to verify that I would still be seen. Once I arrived and was filling out paperwork, Dr. Ramesh came outside and the woman at the front spoke with him about me still being seen and explained that I had gotten lost...without even looking or speaking to me, yet speaking in full voice to her he told her that he would not see me over a 15 minute delay!
