Defrauded me and my husband for $45,816 in 2022. *edit 5/12/23 - Ryan, the owner, takes a minimum of 7 business days at a time to reply to even the most simple emails. I only finally get a response on the 7th business day because I follow up at the end of the day to let him know that he has ghosted me yet again. He only responds to emails when he's in the office, which btw is only 3 days/week. I still have NOT received any $$$ back. My Story of Being Ripped Off and Left Empty-Handed DropStructures took our entire $45,816 deposit for a custom unit, only to sell it to someone else. Yes, you read that correctly. Despite their own mistake, they chose to keep both all of our money and the unit, and proceeded to sell it to another party.
