The entire crew should be part of Sutters standards. As soon as they called my name I felt at ease. They took time a made me feel like we were a team. Can you imagine finally realizing you are part of the team for your own health. The Dr and the Nurse went above and beyond. I almost applied for a job. I even got a hug. Lastly Dr Dron Gauchan was able to get to the bottom of my health issues and my tests are all normal and I feel so good. Thank you for what you do.

Dr. Gauchan is very thorough in his explanations of the treatment. Checks up on the patient's progress routinely.

I recently visited Dr. Gauchan and had an excellent experience. I had written down the wrong appointment time in my calendar and arrived 15 minutes later than my actual appointment. The Receptionist checked with the Doctor, who was in a meeting. They told me that he would still see me, even though it was the end of the workday. Dr. Gauchan still took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed! The entire staff was professional and courteous.
