If I could give 0 stars, I would. Steer clear of 2616 5th St Unit 210. My last few months living here were incredibly frustrating. Water was shut off multiple times without any notice, and the washers and dryers were frequently out of order with no updates or reimbursement offered. There was also mold remediation happening in the building, which management denied instead of being transparent with tenants. Incredibly unresponsive. Went days upon days with no updates to applications only for them to fully rent the unit out from under us.
