Steve did a terrific job with providing an estimate on my previous car... I had someone hit my car while parked and was trying to get an estimate before the insurance company did... I had been to two other places and they both refused to do an estimate on my car. I went to Drollinger’s, and Steve immediately went out with pen and paper and THOROUGHLY webt over the damage on my car, marked it all down on what he would do and then took me into his office to further complete the assessment and estimate via computer. These guys did a great job on my vehicle. They made the process super easy from the estimate, working with insurance, to picking up my vehicle. It’s nice to know that they take care of everything. There is a lot to be said about having a body shop that you can trust that the work will be done correctly and these guys did all of that.They take customer service to the next level. I would HIGHLY recommended them to anyone.
