Once you get your endoscopy and colonoscopy, don’t expect to see the doctor again. Every follow-up is handled by nurses, not the gastroenterologist himself. They consistently show up late, can’t pinpoint the problem, and even ask me what I think we should do — which is incredibly frustrating when you're there for answers. On top of that, I was charged for appointments that never actually happened. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and real medical guidance is shocking. I do not recommend this practice.
Dr. Trivedi is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, as is his staff. I’ve referred multiple friends and colleagues to him over the years, and will continue to do so.
