Dr. Trivedi’s office is one of the best doctors’ offices I have ever been to. Gina is one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever had. She is thorough, attentive, and always on top of my care, including my test results and making sure everything that needs to be checked is addressed. Please don’t waste your time here and schedule at Unio instead a 5 star GI office. Gina wrote an Rx for the wrong protocol and I developed drug toxicity. I had an emergency from this and fell violently ill and called on a weekend and Dr Trevidi complained that I called him on a holiday and told me to take ginger. The urgent care told me to go to the ER. I had drug toxicity and I was supposed to be on a different combination of medication for my condition. Do not go here! They tell You that You must pay a fee ($250) for anesthesia and that you will Get it back when your insurance pays the bill. My insurance paid the bill 8 Mos ago and no matter how hard I beg or how many times to call they still won’t reimburse me! Terrible office. Choose a different doctor.
A couple years ago, my wife was referred to Dr. Trivedi for elevated liver levels. Dr. Trivedi ordered an MRI, claimed it was the wrong MRI when reviewing it, refused to look at it, then summarily claimed it was a fatty liver while blaming my wife for not getting the correct MRI. He acted very unprofessionally. 2 years later my wife has just had a large bile duct cyst removed. I am very disappointed Dr. Trivedi did not give my wife the attention she needed.
