I found Laura on Thumbtack. Initially we did a group session with the (Tech) team. The group chats allow the team to comfortably air grievances and any other unspoken wants they have. You’d be surprised what you hear in a “safe” environment. It’s honestly been great. After each session we receive feedback that is always easy to learn and extremely applicable. Laura is a great therapist and psychologist. My husband and I have been doing couples therapy with some individual sessions with Laura for a few months now.
