I found Laura on Thumbtack. Initially we did a group session with the (Tech) team. The group chats allow the team to comfortably air grievances and any other unspoken wants they have. You’d be surprised what you hear in a “safe” environment. It’s honestly been great. After each session we receive feedback that is always easy to learn and extremely applicable. Laura is a great therapist and psychologist. My husband and I have been doing couples therapy with some individual sessions with Laura for a few months now. It was hard to see any sort of effort or progress at the beginning but after working with her week after week, we started to see major improvements in our marriage.
