Went in for a cleaning and first time consultation for a chipped front tooth. After the visit I scheduled an appointment for a crown. I was assured that the pre authorization would arrive before the appointment. Meanwhile, I was billed by the doctor for the cleaning, something that I was assured would be totally covered. After calling Cigna, I discovered they had not billed my provider. When I apprised them of this fact, they would not admit guilt, only offering, snidely, to send my records to another dentist. RecommendedComfortable and everything runs like clockwork. I've always liked the neck warmers they provide as you sit down for your checkup and cleaning, especially on cold mornings. Makes going to the dentist easy (and as pleasant as can be).
