I take back my 5 stars I’ve been going there for about 4 years Supposedly under new management but I went to pay my bill and noticed it was $10 higher I said to the female owner “oh wow did the prices go up?” She snapped at me and said “no… when was the last time you were here “ I said “3 weeks ago” they charged me $10 that was not told to me to take off this new full-in procedure instead of the regular powder gel No wonder why the owner is pushing that Her attitude is awful as well as some of the staff… rude and nasty She l... read more

Went nail girl was nice Chloe. Pedi girl Cindy could not be bother had no clue on stuff on menu. Changed my mind thank god and. Did a reg pedi. Rude and I still tipped her 20% and not even a thank you. Just a not nice lady. I am paying for a service not to receive an attitude.

They took us immediately since we had gotten an appointment, which was awesome. However, the technicians seemed in an immense rush, cutting my mom and sister multiple times. We came before 2 pm on a weekday, but they were reluctant to apply the $28 deal for the mani and pedi until we mentioned it. All in all for all the cuts it wasn’t worth it. Great facility and everyone was super helpful and attentive. The quality of my nails was disappointing only because I had gotten basic gel polish. Handy work was very sloppy so I went home, had to fix it and ended up doing a better job. I was really hoping for the best, but I just felt let down because like every nail salon these days, they were expensive and with that there’s a certain standard of quality that you expect and I just didn’t receive that.
