The people I talked to were respectful, wasn't approved for anything here not even a 2020 vehicle. Was told I couldn't get approved. Upon going to another dealership the financial manager there told me the bank never even saw my application. The other dealership sent my application to the bank and I was approved immediately and got a 2023 vehicle instead. Guess I'm wondering why ding my credit if it's not even going to be submitted to the bank.
