Needed concrete driveway apron. Julia (Estimator) gave thorough explanation of the scope of the problem and how they would fix it. Only estimator who said the damage to the block foundation supporting the garage slab was included in the quote and detailed how they would address it. All my other quotes said that would be an extra undetermined cost. Owner and his son installed new apron in one day and explained all the steps they would be doing.
