Totally lied to me. The old bait and switch. Told me one thing but when i got there it was a whole another story. Do not buy a vehicle from Drive time in Eastpointe.

Poor customer service. My appointment was at 2:50 I went there at 3:02 pm. They kept waiting me over half an hour without even asking why I was there. After 40 minutes someone came after that they told me they don’t have the vehicle. But the thing is someone from this dealership called me and told me the specific car was there. It’s pathetic.
