Roman told me it was thr safest car for me. I have had the car less than 2 months. It has safety issues. The safety issues were not disclosed. It went through their shop at least twice. The repairs needed are not covered by the extended warranty that you are forced to buy. I had the car inspected after they replaced my catalytic converter. Roman said it would fix the shutter, it did not. Come to find out, that wouldn’t fix the shutter. During the inspection, they found i have failing tire rod and a stretched timing chain. Roman was amazing!! We went in to look at a specific vehicle, and he made it happen!! Between him and Sasha, we were able to get our paperwork done, join their hall of fame, and drive away in our "new" family van within a couple of hours. 10/10 would recommend.
