Financial manager is very rude
Visited FFUN dealership recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences. The finance manager was extremely rude when we tried to negotiate a price — something that’s standard at any dealership. Instead of having a proper conversation, he said, “You can go to Honda dealership and buy from there.” His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for.
