I purchased a Dodge Charger from FFUN Cars Saskatoon and was initially told that the broken cluster screen and non-functioning parking sensor would be fixed. This was a key part of why I agreed to move forward. However, after my loan was approved and I returned to have the issues addressed, I was told they would not be fixing anything. Instead, I was given an ultimatum—either take the car as-is or return it.
Nice service
My wife and I worked with a guy named Talon. He was very polite and on the ball. He called us first thing in the morning and had the car right out front for us when we pulled up. He knew all the specs and could answer most of our questions. We weren’t sure how we would be able to purchase our dream car but Talon and the team sure made it happen. We noticed a few days later that our one signal light bulb was burning out and Talon got us in to fix it right away free of charge.
Sachin and Serge were very helpful. They did everything they can to help us get approved with the vehicle that we liked. They both went above and beyond to assist us every way they can. This is customer service at its finest. Highly recommended. Thank you very much, gentlemen and more power to you guys!
