Bought a car here a few years ago and the customer service was subpar at best. Now I find out when trading that car in that it had been in multiple accidents in the past. Not just minor ones either. They of course did not disclose this, and assured me many times over that the car was clean. This is blatant dishonesty and a complete lack of integrity from many people working at this dealership that made me that deal. Be very careful here, spend the extra money for a carfax and bring it straight to a 3rd party inspector. Bewar... read more

2 yrs ago my bf purchased a car here that had a HUGE crack on the windshield to which they said they would have it replaced in a week. Months went by calling asking when they were going go replace it. The crack was spreading and Driven Autoplex continued to push it off. I finally decided to go to their office and told them this issue. Miraculously when you show up in person pissed off they actually do what they originally promised.
