I had been looking for an older BMW for about 6 months when I found a 2000 BMW 740i for sale online at Driven Auto Sales. I was located 300 miles away in St. Louis but after a handful of phone calls I was assured by the salesman that the car was in great shape and everything worked. They are not up front with customers they sold me and my wife a 2014 Infiniti Q50 that was a lemon/buy back didn't never give us any documents stating this and when was confronted about the situation the manager stated that he's going to check the file and see...He calls me back and says we have lemon / buy back document that your wife signed get there he has the document with my wife signature forged won't recommend anyone to buy a car from them the Manager Alex is full of it can't even trade the vehicle not worth much with... read more
Worst car dealership EVER! Shady practices and lying salespeople.
Went here to purchase a vehicle, talked to a salesman named Mike, amazing polite guy! Ended up buying a loaded voalkwagen! I recommend anyone who buys a car to come here.
