Car “repaired” here twice and both times my car ended up WORSE than when it went in and ultimately being told to take it to BMW. Offered a free tow which should be free anyway being that they own the tow truck. Picked up car after first repair it broke down less than 5 minutes later. It immediately goes back to get issue resolved just to end up with yet ANOTHER issue before I can even pick the car up. Full of endless excuses and excuses to cover up the previous excuses used. Well, sometimes price is a factor but superior service beats everything. I was not pleased with the price at first and went in and spoke to Mike the supervisor. He handled the situation fantastic. He was super professional and explained everything to me. What I was even more impressed about is that they sent me a detailed list of everything that needs to be done on my van. I’ve used Driven AutoRepair for several years for our cars. Alex at the front desk is very kind and helpful. He explains all repairs well and is informative. I never feel like I’m being pushed to do unnecessary repairs. They send you a detailed inspection report and estimate through text so you have a chance to process the information and don’t feel on the spot when talking to them about possible work. I highly recommend Driven Auto Repair! I’ve requested their services three times so far and am happy with the results and the prices, especially given the amount of time and attention they offer. Alex always provides prompt communication, and the whole team has gone above and beyond to service my 2019 Subaru Forester, whether for a routine check-up or for a specific issue.
