Car “repaired” here twice and both times my car ended up WORSE than when it went in and ultimately being told to take it to BMW. Offered a free tow which should be free anyway being that they own the tow truck. Picked up car after first repair it broke down less than 5 minutes later. It immediately goes back to get issue resolved just to end up with yet ANOTHER issue before I can even pick the car up. Full of endless excuses and excuses to cover up the previous excuses used. I highly recommend Driven Auto Repair! I’ve requested their services three times so far and am happy with the results and the prices, especially given the amount of time and attention they offer. Alex always provides prompt communication, and the whole team has gone above and beyond to service my 2019 Subaru Forester, whether for a routine check-up or for a specific issue.
