Karn is a down to earth dude, very transparent and does not pressure to buy anything or to purchase add-ons. Everything was well explained and documented, any questions I had were answered promptly. He guided me through the whole process and provided support with my purchase. The environment was welcoming and I can attest to that fact that the business is run with honesty and integrity. Very happy with my purchase.
