The general manager here “Jay” is the most untrustworthy sales person ever. He promises more than he can deliver and when my friend follows up for the money he owes him — he blocks him. *DO NOT PURCHASE HERE* #jayistrash
Jay at this dealership is extremely unprofessional. He made a promise over a $400 issue that he never intended to keep. I’ve been trying to reach him since December 2025, and I haven’t received a single response since we signed the bill of sale. Keep in mind, this is the General Manager—the person who should be setting the standard for customer service and accountability.
