Horrible, horrible service. Honest mistake of walking out of office after shaking hands with the gentlemen, sat outside for about 5 mins to find directions to our next destination since we do not live here and we leave end up by quail springs mall to eat come out truck was gone. Call the cops and they tell us the car company repo'd the truck. Said we breached the contract without putting down the down payment after we already paid the 200.00. Definitely some snakes. Maintenance guy can’t do his job and his information runner boy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Be sure to test drive and look for oil leaks before they try and take your $100 non refundable fee from you. Also they have a inspection checklist of services they perform on the cars before putting in the lot, which is total BS because half the list wasn’t actually performed on the vehicle such as checking gaskets and replacing battery if needed. Wouldn’t recommend
Very nice and polite people to do business with. Clean, well kept sales/waiting area. I was never pressured or rushed. No scetchy upcharges, or fast talk. Would gladly buy from here again.
Bought my first car from Drivebiz last April and it served me well until my unfortunate accident last week. Despite not meeting the loan requirements Vida without hesitation put me in the EXACT car I wanted! BEST PEOPLE EVER!!!
