Kyle was great ! Walked me through the whole process of ordering my drive shaft had it shipped to my front door in just 4 days (Tulsa to Boston) highly recommend them!
RecommendedDropped off my busted driveshaft for my dump truck at 9:00am explained that my truck was setting on the side of the road, they jumped right on it and had it ready to be picked up at 1:30pm that afternoon.
RecommendedI brought my vehicle in with what I was told by another shop was a driveshaft/u joint issue. They removed it from my truck, greased it, and fully inspected it. They told me my driveshaft/u joints were fine, that the problem was elsewhere. They could have charged me for a bunch of work I didn’t need, but they were honest about it. I tried to pay them for their time to remove the shaft and inspect, but they refused to take my money. You don’t find good quality honest customer service like that much these days. Next day service. Very friendly. Great greeting and very knowledgeable. Knew what to ask and knew exactly what I needed without looking anything up. Shaft fit the truck perfect. I'll recommend them to anyone anytime I have the chance.
