The car they gave me has almost 200k miles on it. Anytime I drive for Uber, the customers can feel every single bump in the road no matter how small it is. The car's tail light went out twice due to faulty wiring even though I took it in to be looked at by their crew - terrible mechanics. I'm now facing a third issue with the head light being out which interrupted my work flow and making the payment on time. Drive Sally, if you want uncanny service and corporate compassion. I personally recommend them to anyone.
Sure you get a vehicle…but one that is rushed and overlooked (can smell bad, or have a mechanical fault). Countless times I’ve come into a car and there was a nail in a tire, wheel bearing needed to be replaced, or engine problem in general. Definitely not worth the weekly price, which is above what they advertise on uber.
